If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue by emailing us at support@ysmn.co. We will investigate the matter and provide a resolution as appropriate.
Please note: General wear, sizing misjudgments, or natural irregularities in fabric do not qualify as defects.
